Google Ads management built around booked jobs, not clicks
Google Ads puts you at the top of search for exactly what you sell, and we manage every campaign to cost-per-lead, not vanity clicks. You get the top of the page the day you launch, and we keep tightening the account until every dollar is buying calls and form fills.
How Google Ads actually works
Google Ads runs on search intent. When someone types "emergency plumber near me" or "bilingual tax preparer," they are not browsing, they are ready to buy. Your ad shows above the organic results at the exact moment that demand exists, so you reach people while they have their phone in their hand.
Behind every search is an auction. Google weighs your bid against your ad relevance and landing page quality to decide who appears and in what order. That means you do not simply outspend competitors. A tightly built account with the right keywords and a fast, relevant page can win the top spot for less per click than a sloppy one paying more. That gap between a clean account and a wasteful one is exactly what we manage.
What we manage every month
Keyword and search-term control
We build out the keywords that signal buying intent and add negative keywords every week to block searches that waste your budget on tire-kickers.
Ad copy and testing
We write and rotate ads against each other, keep the winners, and cut the losers so your click-through rate and quality score keep climbing.
Conversion tracking
We track calls, form fills, and clicks to your booking, then feed that data back to Google so it bids harder on the searches that actually become customers.
Bid and budget management
We adjust bids by device, location, and time of day, and pace your budget so you are spending where leads are cheapest, not burning it before noon.
Landing page guidance
The ad gets the click; the page closes it. We advise on the page behind your ad so the offer, the phone number, and the form all match what people searched for.
Bilingual reporting
Every month you get a plain-language report in English or Spanish showing spend, leads, and cost per lead, with no jargon and nothing to decode.
Your management fee vs. your ad spend
These are two separate costs, and keeping them clear is how you stay in control of what you pay. Your ad spend is the money that goes directly to Google: every time someone clicks your ad, Google charges that account. You set the budget, you can see it in your own account, and it never passes through us. Our management fee is what you pay us to plan, build, run, and improve those campaigns.
Why can management cost rise as your spend grows? Because a larger budget is doing more work, and more work takes more management. A $1,000 budget runs a handful of campaigns we can keep tight by hand. A $10,000 budget usually means more services, more locations, and more keywords, each with its own bids, audiences, and tests to monitor. The fee scales with that complexity, not as a tax on your success, but because protecting a bigger budget from waste takes more hours. We agree on the fee up front so there are no surprises.
Simple, transparent management pricing
Management starts at $650/mo and scales with your ad budget. There is a $499 setup fee (waived on 6-month plans), a $1,000 minimum monthly ad budget, and a 3-month minimum so the account has time to learn and pay off.

Google Ads questions, answered
How much ad budget do I need to start?
We ask for a $1,000 minimum monthly ad budget. That is the floor where Google has enough data to learn which clicks turn into leads and where we can compete in most local markets. Below that, the algorithm never gets enough signal to optimize and your cost per lead stays high.
What is the difference between your fee and my ad spend?
Two separate things. Your ad spend goes straight to Google every time someone clicks your ad. Our management fee (from $650/mo) pays us to build, run, and tune the campaigns. Spend is the fuel; management is the driver. They are billed separately and the spend never passes through us.
How soon will I see leads?
Most accounts get their first calls and form fills within the first week of going live, because Google Ads buys you the top of the page on day one. The first 30 to 60 days are about learning: we feed Google conversion data and cut the keywords and times that waste money, so your cost per lead drops as the account matures.
